Story of our Business Head
Elsa Paul
I am Elsa Paul, from Ernakulam, a BTech Civil Engineering graduate. I began my professional journey working with a couple of construction companies. While the experience gave me exposure, I soon realized that I was not growing — there was no skill development, no personal progress, and I felt like I was investing my time and energy without building a future of my own.
That realization pushed me to step away and actively search for better career opportunities — something that aligned with growth, learning, and independence. That’s when I found ALZA.
Initially, I took time to adapt, but as life responsibilities increased, I committed myself fully and started working hard with clarity and purpose. ALZA played a major role in moulding me and bringing out the best version of myself. Through this journey, I developed hard work, patience, leadership qualities, communication skills, and confidence.
What started as an opportunity soon became my passion. I always had a small interest in business, and ALZA gave me the right platform to nurture that mindset. Today, I see this as a powerful path toward growth, ownership, and leadership.
